Absolutely loved the meal, the chef (warm personality and exquisite food), and the extra time we could spend with our guests when the meal was being prepared.  Will definitely go again for this experience in the future...

They were fantastic.  The food was excellent and each dish was explained, followed up on and cleared in a timely manner.  They were extremely professional, offering suggestions on menu options before the event, and answering questions, offering to refill glasses, etc throughout the entire meal.  I would (and have) recommended this idea to many people since Saturday.  Our guests were equally as impressed and couldn’t stop raving about the food and the experience.  Michelle certainly made our evening memorable.  Thank you!

The mere pleasure of having 2 competent professionals take over my kitchen and leaving me to enjoy and share with the guests, was great.
We all learned a bit about food prep and Michael "lectured" about all of this in a very comforable pleasing experience. The presentation was great also as was the fact that the clean up was done by the time we had finished eating!
