They were fantastic. The food was excellent and each dish was explained, followed up on and cleared in a timely manner. They were extremely professional, offering suggestions on menu options before the event, and answering questions, offering to refill glasses, etc throughout the entire meal. I would (and have) recommended this idea to many people since Saturday. Our guests were equally as impressed and couldn’t stop raving about the food and the experience. The mere pleasure of having 2 competent professionals take over my kitchen and leaving me to enjoy and share with the guests, was great.
We all learned a bit about food prep and Michael "lectured" about all of this in a very comforable pleasing experience. The presentation was great also as was the fact that the clean up was done by the time we had finished eating!

Chef Michael was the perfect 'chef'. Everything was beyond our expectation. He explained each course and the presentation was excellent. He even cleaned the kitchen and did the dishes.

Chef Nick did a wonderful job and although we dine out a lot, he knows how to make it a different experience.
