 I don't have my own business, but I do enjoy the fact that creating menus for clients motivates me to try new things and keeps my culinary brain fresh.

I love to cook and bake at home therefore we rarely go out because we know we can get a good, healthy meal that we will all enjoy...As nice as it it is to have someone else do the cooking, I don't like wasting my money on restaurants because I'm afraid of not liking the food. However, the at home chef experience was great.
To have someone plan the meal and take the cooking/cleaning work away was worth the $ in itself. But the fact that the food was goooood made the experience that much more enjoyable!! Chef Courtney was a delight and I am thankful to my husband for this experience.

Chef Dexter was absolutely wonderful ... very polite, chatty, friendly, and above all, good humoured.  He came in, introduced himself and set up all his equipment and material and, presented us our 'Let's Do India' menu !  He then walked us through his preparation step by step and before you know it, our meal was ready and plated for us !!  The butter chicken was moist and tender, the sauce rich and creamy and the basmati rice cooked to perfection ... no wonder he is a chef :)  We had a great time, it was entertaining, informative and something totally different.  Please pass on to Dexter our appreciation once more.

I would recommend this service to anyone I know.
