Last night we learned to cook my favourite dish - Thai Red Curry. Everything was made from scratch, so the flavours were so fresh and yummy. This will be a regular on our menu, and I don't think I'll ever eat this dish in a restaurant again, now that I know what it SHOULD taste like. Awesome experience.
