Chef Nick was great! He was very organized and the food was fabulous. His french onion soup was hearty and so delicious. My son said Chef Nick cooked the best Veal scallopini he has ever tasted and we all agree. Desert was a tongue teaser. YUMMY!! From start to finish Chef Nick did and top-notch job and I hope to have him back to cook for us again.

They were fantastic. The food was excellent and each dish was explained, followed up on and cleared in a timely manner. They were extremely professional, offering suggestions on menu options before the event, and answering questions, offering to refill glasses, etc throughout the entire meal. I would (and have) recommended this idea to many people since Saturday. Our guests were equally as impressed and couldn’t stop raving about the food and the experience.
