10/10. Besides the obvious advantage to an in-home experience where you do nothing except sit back and enjoy the event, my wife and I really enjoyed the fresh courses made completely from scratch. I don't think I've ever eaten such a healthy meal in my life and after it was over I didn't feel bloated and uncomfortable. Ashlee was friendly and got the job done. My wife is a very unadventurous, picky eater and Ashlee surprised her with some food that she wouldn't ordinarily try. But she loved it all, as did everyone at the table. Bravo!

Additional Comments - the chef was fantastic - he offered suggestions in purchasing meat, offered tips and tricks - i could not have asked for a better expereience - my guests we delighted - best [money] I ever spent - afterall - you only turn 40 once - my husband was soo happy - i just can't say enough wonderful things - dermot is excellent...! he came so well prepared and organized - he is a star! we got a little freaked out when the fire alarms went off when he cooked of the shrimp but I would never trade it in - he is absolutly fatastic! i am so happy I chose the personal chef alliance versus a local caterer - i don't think we would have received the same experience- i will defentily use your service again and hopefully we get chef walsh again too

Enjoying a delicious meal with my family, normally when we get together one or more of us are in the kitchen preparing/serving/cleaning and it was a rare treat to really enjoy the meal together with no stress. My sister-in-law and I both have small babies which also means that we haven't been able to get out to a nice restaurant in some time.
I really want to give huge thanks to Michelle for the incredible experience. We really didn't know what to expect but Michelle was absolutely fantastic from the first point of contact with her! The meal choices were clearly presented (so many yummy options made it fun to select), she was incredibly prompt with communication and had a balance of professionalism and comfort - she had a warmth that made for a wonderful experience and was happy to share her knowledge when we asked her our many questions. My family loved her - and the meal, we would recommend not only this experience but specifically Michelle as a Chef.
